By placing an international order, you agree to pay any customs or import charges required to release your parcel.

If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and requests the parcel to be returned to us, any costs incurred by Serenity Scalp Health — including return shipping fees, customs charges, FedEx handling fees, or other associated costs — will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Refunds will only be processed once the parcel has been safely returned to us.

For trade account holders, refusal to pay customs duties resulting in returned shipments may also result in the suspension or permanent revocation of the trade account at our discretion.
