Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Serenity products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

We cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened, used, or damaged.

Returns must include your original order number or proof of purchase.

International Orders (Including USA)

International returns must also be arranged and shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, or import fees associated with sending products back to us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
